and graphics on this site are the copyright of
LotsaGraphics.com and can be used for Personal or
Commercial Use.
All
craft patterns on this site are designed and copyrighted
by LotsaGraphics.com and can ONLY be used for Personal Use.
DESCRIPTION OF COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial Use means using any of my clipart or graphics
for monetary gain
such as printing and selling
recipe cards, calendars, candy wrappers etc. with my
image(s) on.
This also applies to placing any of my clipart or
graphics on your business website even if
you use any
of my clipart or graphics to decorate your website.
You can select desired
licenses, if you are unsure which one to purchase please
contact me.
This Digital Scrapbook Designer's License gives you the permission to download
and use any of LotsaGraphics.com clipart or graphics
to design for
your digital scrapbook
projects, in part or in whole, that you will sell as a digital scrapbook
download.
You still need to purchase
each individual clipart or
graphic or
join the Singles Club for unlimited downloading.
You may also combine them
with another clipart
or graphic to make
a new design but you cannot claim the
copyright to them.
You may also use them as embellishments to be
included in your layout or kits.
You may also use them to make papers, frames, tags etc.
but they
must be
included in a kit or layout.
You may not sell any LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics
individually
or give them away for FREE.
There is no limit on how many clipart or graphics you can use.
You may also use any that I would add to LotsaGraphics.com in
the future.
You may use LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics in your layout or
kits to be
sold on Ebay or similar websites. I must have your
username or ID for my records.
You may use LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics in your layout or
kits to be sold on CD/DVD's.
The Digital Scrapbook Designer's License gives the
scrapbooker permission
to use LotsaGraphics.com clipart or graphics for Digital
Scrapbooking
ONLY.
This license is NOT to be used for
candy wrappers, menus, brochures,
or any other printable
materials.
You MUST send me the link to your website(s) where you will be
selling scrapbook projects.
Credit to LotsaGraphics.com MUST
BE included on your candy wrappers
&/or website when using
any of LotsaGraphics.com clipart or
graphics.
