You are NOT allowed to sell any of LotsaGraphics individual clipart/graphics as stated in the Terms And Conditions. 2) Purchase this license if you would like to print and sell any READY MADE printable item found on this website. If you wish to make your own printable craft item(s) using one or more LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics to sell you need to purchase a Printable Clipart Use license below. For this Basic Commercial License you still need to purchase LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics individually or become a member of the Clipart Club.
Printable Clipart Use License One Time Fee....$49.99 Purchase this license if you want to make and design your own printable crafts to sell that are not ready made using one or more of LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics. Purchase this license if you want to use one or more LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for business printables like menus, forms, brochures, business flyers, business cards, cookbooks that you sell, etc. or anything you would print that has to do with business. Book & E-Book: Purchase this license if you are going to use any of LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for your book/e-book. Credit should be given to this website either on each individual page that you use my clipart/graphic on or in your acknowledgment section of your book/e-book (e.g. images © www.lotsagraphics.com, licensed to Your Company Name) This is a USE ONLY license, you still do not own the copyright to them. THIS LICENSE IS NOT TO BE USED FOR MAKING CANDY WRAPPERS You must give credit by placing small text anywhere on the finished printed crafts stating the name of the LotsaGraphic clipart/graphic used and (c) www.lotsagraphics.com You may NOT sell the finished product that you made using any of LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics as a digital file download. Candy Wrapper Designer License One YEAR license Fee.....$79.99 This Candy Wrapper Designer's License gives you the permission to download and use any of LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for one full year for designing your candy wrapper projects, in part or in whole, that you will sell. You may also combine them with another LotsaGraphic clipart/graphic to make a new design but you cannot claim the copyright to them. You may not sell any LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics individually or give them away for FREE. There is no limit on how many clipart or graphics you can use. You may also use any that I would add to LotsaGraphics.com in the future. You may use LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics on your candy wrappers to be sold on Ebay or similar websites. You may use LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics on candy wrappers to be sold on CD/DVD's or on finished candy wrappers in digital downloads. The Candy Wrapper Designer's License gives permission to design and use LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for Candy Wrappers ONLY. This license is NOT to be used for any other printable materials. Credit to LotsaGraphics.com MUST BE included on your printed candy wrappers, in your digital download file(s), CD/DVD's &/or website when using any of LotsaGraphics.com clipart or graphics. This 1 year Candy Wrapper License also includes a free 1 year membership to the Clipart Club to download and use unlimited LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for your candy wrappers.
Digital Scrapbook or Web Designers License One YEAR license fee...$149.99 Scrapbooking: This license should be purchased if you are going to use one or more LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics to design digital scrapbooking kits, papers, embellishments, frames, tags, etc to be included in part or in whole in a scrapbook kit etc. that you sell as a digital download. Web Designing: This license should be purchased if you are going to use one or more LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics to design websites, website templates, web button sets, banners, auction templates, etc. You may also combine them with another LotsaGraphic clipart/graphic to make a new design but you cannot claim the copyright to them. You may not sell any LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics individually or give them away for FREE. There is no limit on how many clipart or graphics you can use. You may also use any that I would add to LotsaGraphics.com in the future. You may use LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics on your templates or kits to be sold on Ebay or similar websites. You may use LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics on templates or kits to be sold on CD/DVD's or on your website in digital downloads. You may NOT use any of LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics to be used as a DYI Graphic Designer. You also may NOT use any of LotsaGraphics clipart or graphics in any kind of a subscription/membership club of any kind. This 1 year Digital Scrapbook or Web Designer License also includes a free 1 year membership to the Clipart Club to download and use unlimited LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for your scrapbook or web designing.
Clipart Pattern License One YEAR license fee...$250 Purchase this license if you want to use one or more LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for embroidery patterns, cross stitch patterns, wood craft patterns, tattoos, sewing patterns, cross stitch patterns etc. to sell for as long as you want. The only rules and regulations for this license is that you do not sell my individual clipart/graphics as your own. This is a license to be able to MAKE and sell patterns of my copyrighted clipart/graphics for your projects listed in the above paragraph. You must also give credit as specified. This 1 year Pattern License also includes a free 1 year membership to the Clipart Club to download and use unlimited LotsaGraphics clipart/graphics for your patterns.
